Dr Jeremy Wang is available by appointment only and appointments require a referral from your General Practitioner. For urgent appointments, please ring your nearest practice and the practice will try to accommodate depending on availabilites.

What should you bring to my first appointment?

New patients should bring the following to their appointment:

• A valid referral letter usually from your GP. Without a valid referral you are unable to claim the medicare rebate.
• Your medicare card
• A list of all your current medications
• All medical investigations, such as blood test results and imaging.
• Healthcare concession cards or private health fund card, if you have any.
